Reporting a bug
For a bug, the fastest fix comes from including:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings, General, About).
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the Settings tab.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps.
Common questions
I paid but the app still shows a lock. Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. This is also the fix after reinstalling or moving to a new phone: purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not the device.
How do I cancel or change my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DoMoreReps. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I get a refund? Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
What is free and what is paid? The AMRAP and Time timers are free. EMOM and Tabata are a one-time unlock ($4.99). Pro ($12.99 a month or $79.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial) adds MIX, presets, the full log, Coach and Board. See Pricing.
Will I lose my data if I stop paying? No. Every workout is recorded on every plan and nothing is deleted. Without Pro you can see the last seven days of your log; your PRs, milestones and levels stay readable.
I cannot hear the cues. Check the Sound, Voice and Haptics switches in the app’s Settings tab. Cues play with the ringer switch off, but not if the phone’s media volume is at zero.
What happens to my data? It is used to run the app for you: your log, your levels, and the workouts the coach builds. There is no account and we do not sell it or use it for ads. See the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app deletes what it holds, so back up your phone before you do.
Is there an Android version? Not yet. It is planned, after the iPhone release.
Feature requests
Send them with the contact form. Short and specific is best: what you were trying to do, and where the app got in the way.
