DoMoreReps has no account, no ads, and no tracking. It reports its own crashes so they can be fixed, and nothing else is measured. This page says what information the app works with, what it is used for, and who else is involved.

Who we are

DoMoreReps is made by Minimalsoft LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“we”). This policy covers the DoMoreReps iPhone app and the website at domorereps.com. Questions go through the contact form.

Information the app works with

The app has no sign-up and asks for no name, email address, or other identifying information. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone, or health data.

What it does have is what you create by using it: timer settings, presets, your workout log and notes, the equipment and rep maxes you tell the coach, and everything the timer records while you train (rounds, splits, pauses, bought minutes, finished or stopped early), along with your levels, benchmark results and milestones. We call this your workout data.

How your workout data is used

Your workout data is used to run the app for you:

  • to time and log your workouts and show you your history, levels and progress;
  • to generate and adjust the workouts the coach gives you, which are built from your maxes and from what the timer recorded in earlier sessions;
  • to score benchmarks and challenges and record the milestones you reach.

We may also use workout data to improve how the coach programs workouts and to build new coaching features, including features that use machine learning or AI to plan and adapt training. If we begin processing your workout data outside your device for this purpose, we will update this policy and tell you in the app first, and where the law requires it we will ask before doing so.

We do not sell workout data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Others involved

  • Apple. The timer unlock and the Pro subscription are sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and holds your payment details; we never see them. Apple may also collect crash reports and usage statistics about the app if you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in your iPhone settings.
  • A billing service. To know whether a purchase is active, the app uses a third-party subscription management service. It receives the purchase receipt from Apple and an anonymous identifier generated by the app, which is a random string and not your name, email address or Apple Account. It does not receive workout data.
  • An update service. The app checks for updates to its own code when it launches. That request goes to a third-party update service and carries the app version and platform, and your IP address as any internet request does. It carries no workout data.
  • A crash reporting service. When the app crashes, a report is sent to a third-party crash reporting service so the fault can be found and fixed. It contains the technical details of the crash: where in the code it happened, the app and device version, which release of the app was running, and your IP address as any internet request does. It carries no workout data and no identifier we could use to recognise you. Nothing is sent while the app is working normally, and we do not measure how you use it.
  • Apps you share to. When you share a routine link, a result image, a PR or a milestone, the app hands that content to the app you choose (Messages, Instagram, and so on) through the iOS share sheet. From that point it is governed by that app’s policy. Nothing is shared unless you tap Share.

These providers act on our instructions, receive only what is listed above, and are bound to protect it at least as well as this policy requires. We will name them on request.

The website

domorereps.com is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you enter your email address in the sign-up form, it is stored by our hosting provider and used only to send you the emails the form describes: a launch announcement and occasional product updates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Children

DoMoreReps is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can see your workout data in the app and delete it there: individual log entries and presets can be removed, Reset coach data in Settings clears the coach, and deleting the app removes everything it holds. For anything else we hold about you (an email address you gave the website, or a support conversation), you can ask us to see, correct or delete it through the contact form. We will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. If a change affects how your workout data is used, the app will tell you before it takes effect.
